We only accept returned merchandise if it is defective, or not as described in the product description, or because it was damaged in shipping.
Customers have 14 calendar days from the day of purchase (or day of delivery) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and return address. After receiving a RMA number, the customer has 10 calendar days to return the merchandise.
All return orders must be authorized first, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA); the RMA number must must be written on the outside of the return package and included on the inside the return package.
